Jesper, what do you do?

I am the co-founder of Rocket Startup a blog for danish entrepreneurs and RocketKit a new tool developed with my partner in crime Federico.
Beside Rocket Startup and RocketKit, I’m the co-founder of Champagne Moments a community for people with a passion for Champagne.

What is your background?

I am at the moment studying Business Development Engineering at Aarhus University. Beside Rocket Startup and Champagne Moments, I have failed with a lot of different projects.

Your favorite tools to help you with your work?

I use slack to manage all communication.
I like that you can integrate so many different services which helps you automate parts of your work.

I use Qbserve to track my work. It’s my favorite time tracking service on the market.
I use it to optimize my work and eliminate distracting elements. The most motivating thing about Qbserve is the score beside the icon which tells you how much time you have spent on productive work.

I use Sketch to design apps and websites for the different projects that I work on.
Sketch is easy to use and you can get started within hours. I like the endless possibilities when you design with Sketch.

I like hubspot CRM because it’s free for small businesses, but still contains some very useful features.

I use Iconosquare to manage Instagram. Their service gives you so many opportunities; Analytics, planning, track competitors, etc. Highly recommendable if you want to grow a big community on Instagram.

Your favorite tools on a personal level?

I use pocket to save everything. I like that you can tag the things you save and access the service on all devices.

Epic email app for mac! I use postbox to organize my different email accounts. It is very easy to use and manage.

I use CleanMyMac to remove system junk, find large files that I have forgot about and ensuring that my mac is performing 100%. I hate wasting time on a slow machine.

Your absolute favorite tool in one sentence?

Sketch is all you need to quickly build a Minimum Viable Product.
